FarmersDataLogger

Thank you for using the FarmerDataLogger app! As we are still in beta testing, there is an extra step to install the app. Below are instructions to walk you through it. 

1. Open the onboarding email we sent you from your iPhone and tap the link that says  "Join beta test", which will install TestFlight, the official Apple beta testing management app.

2. Open the TestFlight app. If you are asked for a code, simply tap the "Join beta test" link again and this time it should show an option to install the FarmerDataLogger app.

3. Tap "Install" next to the FarmerDataLogger icon.

4. Once it installs, open the app and you should see a consent screen with our data sharing policy. Click agree if you agree

5. In order to send data to our server, you have to connect to our database with the credentials we sent you in your onboarding email. These will be in the form of a QR code sent in your onboarding email. Tap the blue "Scan QR Code" text at the top of the app screen and give consent for the app to use your camera, and a camera screen will open. Point your camera at the QR code and the app will authenticate with our servers instantly, and you will be taken to the app home screen. 

6. Congratulations, your'e done! Feel free to send a photo or text message to confirm you're connected.
